Do not let Bryan cut your hair! He does no listen to what you want and he didn't even finish my kid's cut! When I asked for my son to get back in the chair to even his hair out he acted like the cut was totally fine. I felt like he was in the a hurry and just didn't care. When we got home I noticed several uneven places with my son's hair still. He was so upset about that we just ended up shaving his head!
I have been going to the 9811 S Parker Rd salon for many years now and have never had a bad experience until last Monday. I walked in and a stylist sitting in one of the chairs yelled for someone in the back to assist me. Jen came out and went right to "Did you check in on line?'. I said yes and then she mumbled "that's why I asked". Don't know what that was all about but it really didn't phase me at the time. I told her how I wanted my hair cut which was contrary to what was in the notes and I asked her to change that. She did not acknowledge my request so I don't beleive that sill happen. Then she nicked my ear with her clipper and I "ouched" and told her what she did and again she ignored me. I do not expect to be swooned when I go to get my haircut but just some common courtesy would be nice. A hello, maybe a smile and at the least a pleasant experience would be nice. The price of haircuts have gone up like everything else and there are pleanty of places I can go. I may as well spend my money where I feel appreciated.
