Today I went to this location, because I have been a client of a young woman named Sandra for more than a year...she is super professional...excellent work and service...but unfortunately she no longer works there...I made the decision to cut hair with I don't know where a woman is from...but the result...disastrous, horrible, unprofessional...I don't recommend that place anymore.
I have never had a bad experience in this place until this woman named Danica cut my hair. The most unsatisfactory experience I've ever had for a hair cut. I asked for a low fade and she shaved the sides and back of my hair completely. She is careless and rude. She worked fast to finish the job as fast as possible. Furthermore, she didn't listen to any of my directions and even cut my hair unevenly. Plus she asked me if I was cutting my hair at home insinuating I didn't take care of it. She is the most unprofessional and irresponsible worker I've ever seen.
1 person will do a great job and then you go to someone else and they make you look like you're joining the Marines. These "notes" are useless. Probably won't be back.
The stylists here were so friendly and helpful. Lauren was cheerful, very accommodating and it was a pleasure to have been under her very capable hands with the styling of my hair.
The facility was clean, bright, and simple to locate.
