I got a service in the Nobesville salon (14753 Hazel Dell Crossing) in Indiana, today.
I received the worst service ever, the person (a lady) who cut my hair was very rude and discourteous;
I have been a customer for the same place for the last 7 y and this is the fisrt time that i experience such a poor service

I don't go often for a haircut but when I do I make sure Shawna is working. She was recommended by my friend and I have used her all but once and after that one time with someone else - I make sure it is on one of Shawna's days to work. I just get a basic trim but she does a good job. It's definitely further for me to go than other stores but I believe worth it!
I think great clips, and especially this one, is a solid place to go to get a quick haircut. There isn't anything complicated about my hair, so great clips suits me just fine.
The online check in is a great feature, and the timeframe is gives us usually on point.
Everyone seems really nice and only occasionally do they try to sell me product, which I personally appreciate. I'm generally in and out quickly and for the most part, the hair stylists adopt my "let's just have quiet time while you cut my hair" vibe.
I did ask a hair style related question today that couldn't be answered by my stylists- she said she didn't keep up on that stuff. I guess I should let expect them to know stuff outside of the scope of what they do here, but I was surprised anyway. ThaT said, she did seek the answer from another employee who was able to provide an answer.
I take my kids here to get their hair cut and they always come out looking great. The staff is way nicer than every great clips I've been to, I would highly recommend this one.
I keep my hair pretty short, so there's not a lot to work with. Came in and got a quick friendly trim up and look good now. The woman who cut my hair was friendly. I did have a picture to go from and she didn't really seem to find that helpful. I think if you were trying to get something advanced, you'd be disappointed. But for just having a little trim up, this place should work.
