I always get a great haircut here, especially because Rebecca is fantastic; very skilled, follows my requests perfectly, checks periodically to make sure everything is right, and is most friendly. Monica is also very good. The prices are very affordable and the wait is never too long. I have never had a bad experience here in 2 years.
Sam and other girl there do what they want to do. I tried to tell them what I wanted and that they were cutting too much off. And they were super rude. My son tried to talk and she cut him off saying I'll get to that later. So rude. Will never go back and if I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend at all. Many places in the area are nicer and listen to what you want.
I've been taking my son here for a year, with mostly good haircuts. Today I took my 13 year old daughter and had a horrible experience. I wish I had gotten the stylist's name because I'd include it here. I asked for a trim of 1-2" off my daughter's long straight hair. The stylist took off 5+ inches! Needless to say, my daughter is really upset. When I asked the stylist what happened, she said my daughter said to take off that much. I know this isn't true, as I said 1-2". On top of it, the haircut isn't even straight! We will not go back there.
Always a phenomenal cut from Rebecca or Monica! My go-to people are attentive and careful and always make sure to check that I'm satisfied and happy with the cut and so they always are making secondary tweaks as well without any issue. So happy to have these friendly, talented women at the salon!
I should have looked at Yelp before getting my haircut here. Yelp rates it accurately, which poorly. Don't go. Bad haircut with disinterested staff.
