I booked my place in queue online to avoid waiting in the salon. They took me off the queue for some stupid reasons and did not even notify me. There is also one stylist in there who bend your ears do hard they genuinely herd for a couple of days after.
No frills hair cut. I checked in on the app, they texted me that my wait time is 15 minutes. I arrived with a minute to spare. Kaitlin cut my hair as I had described.
I didn't realize that they do not accept Discover! I had to come back to pay because my visa was in my other bag. So embarrassing but they didn't seem to mind.
Everything is a la carte. If you want a wash or style you have to ask for it. I like to shower after my haircut so washing and styling it during my visit isn't needed. The chit chatting is to a minimum so no awkward talking while trying to keep your head straight or down.
Decent haircut. The staff was friendly. The price is very affordable. I conveniently checked in on line and was able to not have to wait at the salon.
If you schedule an appointment, they sit you right when you walk in. The staff is always friendly and the prices can't be beat for the quality of work they do.
Ashley was professional, attentive, and had a good eye for detail. It's been 10+ years since I had a professional hair cut.
Just FYI, you can make reservations on their website and you can monitor where you're at on the queue, I love this. If you know me, I always had my hair military style, high and tight.
But I decided to grow it out last year and I kept letting it grow and I still have no idea what to do with it. After having Starbucks, I decided to check out Great Clips so they can cut my long hair shorter.
If you look for the hair cutter with two tone color hair, you're close. But Ashley listened to all my concerns and request, even asked for advice with a colleague. She kept making sure I was okay with the hair cut and honestly, any cut works because I style it with pomade.
