Great Clips in Greensburg, PA

I know people hate on Great Clips for being cheap, but I absolutely loved my experience there. The lady that cut my hair was so sweet and made sure to ask exactly how I wanted my hair done.

I checked in on line and had a 20 minute wait. It takes me 15 minutes to get there. I get there and there's a guy and his son who did not check in on line. Back of the list right? Wrong. They took him ahead of me. I asked why I had to wait for him, the manager told me he was a regular. I have been going to Great Clips, Greensburg for 9 Years!!! Why bother checking in on line. Just go there and complain about the wait and boom your in a chair. What are the rules!!!! Dave P.

I understand that with salons just opening there is confusion but this place is out of control! I checked in at 11:05am. It stated 76 mins. I believe then upped to 88. Time kept changing through the day, finally got taken back with my daughters a little before 2pm. The worst part of the place is that I went with my 3 kids, my son was not getting his hair cut just myself and my daughters. My daughters were getting theirs done and it was my time when the girl said that MY 5 YEAR OLD SON, could not be in empty chair next to me or on my lap. He was expected to sit in the waiting area BY HIMSELF WITH 2 STRANGERS OUT OF MY SIGHT! He instantly teared up when that was expected. Needless to say I passed on that! A haircut will never be worth my child being uncomfortable or at risk! I would never support a company again that believes that to be okay! We all had our masks on and this is out of line to expect any parent to be okay with the way things are handled there!

Shelly is awesome!!! Had to stop in to get a quick cut & style. She was professional - friendly & attentive!!! She made me feel welcome!! If you go in asked for Shelly!!!

I had a terrible, traumatic experience at the Great Clips in Greensburg. I had hair stylist Tia who butchered my hair and did not know how to give me side bangs. She repeatedly told me she was nervous to cut my hair. Thus making me feel very nervous as well. After she made a mess of my hair, she then told me to sleep on it, and get lots of bobby pins to fix it. After going to my car, I decided I could not leave the store looking like I did (my bangs were uneven, razored and straw like) so I returned to store asking to talk to the manager. This is where the traumatic part came in, the manager took me back to her chair, and when I complained about the experience I received from Tia, she raised her voice at me, and told me to not ever insult her staff members and I must get out and leave. Tia came up to me numerous times yelling and laughing at me and the fact that I wanted a refund. The manager eventually tried to salvage what was left of the front of my hair while I sat in tears due to the treatment I received. I have reported this branch for terrible customer service. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Terrible place!
