I am immunocompromised. I'm vaccinated but still wear a mask for my safety and others. I went to this great clips location after calling ahead to hear about their safety precautions. They said everyone would be masked, gowns changed between every customer, etc. LIES! One staff person out of 6 or so was masked. Most patrons were not masked. When I asked if I could use a stylist who was vaccinated, there was only one stylist who was vaccinated and yet all the others were not wearing masks despite not being vaccinated. I have not felt so unsafe in all the pandemic. Shame. Is my life not worth anything to these people?
Hey thanks for making me wait 40m to then tell me you wouldn't cut my hair without my phone number. If I was told this when I signed in I might have worked with you. However I left and went to Sports Clips 2 miles down the road with no wait and a great haircut. For my 40m I know where to spend my money from now on.
Walk into the Great Clip and there was no wait. The stylist who greeted me her name was Lexus. Right off the top, she was very professional very friendly and very helpful. Ms. Lexus made me feel welcome and she was easy to talk to. She was funny and down to earth. Lexus was professional and a amazing Stylist. I would recommend everyone to go see her and friendly team stylist. I have been to other Great Clips and there's no comparing. If I could I would give Lexus 10 Stars. Drew

I moved to Glen Burnie a year ago. I Did not cut my hair for two years after Another place cut all the back of my hair Off. I went to this place two times And Found the ladies pleasant and good job. I then noticed those ladies were gone. I ended up getting someone who didn't speak English that was when after trying to explain. That I going my hair back She seemed to get it. Then to my HORROR she says oh you didn't want layers . She says oh that's not what your file said. I am like what file. I thought they asked what you wanted. Well now I want to cry every time I look in Mirror. She didn't cut my bangs she wanted me to leave without noticing. It two to grow back. YOU CANNOT GROW BACK YOUR HAIR OVERNIGHT Horror
