I was really frustrated with my experience at this location. I went in there and waited for about 10 minutes despite checking in on the app and confirming my appointment. When I sat in the chair the hairdresser it was very nice and polite and asked me what I wanted. I told her, and despite being very specific, she did not seem to do the job well. Apparently, she (Krystal) did not remove all of my hair from underneath the cape, so there were large pieces of my hair uncut. I wore my hair (very) naturally curly to the hair salon, and it was cut uneven. This has never happened at my usual hairdresser. I did not notice until I straightened my hair almost a month or two later that it was so uneven, otherwise I would have asked for a refund. Very frustrated with the service and would not go back.
