Was told it would be a 0 minute wait online and then arrived at the store and was told 30... okay I waited 30... by 45 minutes after i arrived three employees of the four total still stood in the break room chatting. Don't waist your money at a chain like this.
This barber shop has misleading time for service. It is said at the front door, "Mon to Fri 8 AM to 8 PM" but the person inside it says "we closed at 6 PM". YOU should put down the signs and change it right! So ridiculous!
I came it to get my bangs cut and the woman cutting my hair took it upon herself to compliantly Chang my hair cut. Upon arriving I showed what I wanted by pointing to my bangs, and stressing only my bangs were to be cut. when I sat down the first thing the woman did was go to the back of my head and round up my hair to the point it looks like a bowling ball. Even though I EXPLICITLY asked for only an inch of my bangs to be cut. Even when she was looking at the hair behind my head I said I was happy with that part and tried to refer back to my bangs. Despite best efforts Before and during the hair cut. I now have an u desired and unsolicited hair style when all I wanted the bangs out of my eyes.
