Great Clips in Flowery Branch, GA

One of the ladies working there was nice. That's about as well as my experience went... I told the hair dresser that I wanted nothing off the top. She proceeded to take half of it off and asked if I liked it. I told her it's fine. This was what I thought to be the end of hair cut (I was wrong). She took even more off. All I wanted was half on the sides and for her to thin the top a little bit. But was left with most off the top and half on the sides. Lets just say I'm not happy what so ever. One Sh***y hair cut. Would recommend if long term hats are your thing.

Both of the ladies were very nice. Though, when a customer asks for a trim they expect a trim. Maybe an inch or so just to get the dead ends off of long hair.. I have curly hair and the lady that cut my hair said that she took an inch and a half off, sure enough to later find out that it was really like 4 inches because of the curl. Not happy and will never go there again...

Tonya & Brenda have been cutting my hair for a long time now and do a great job. I would highly recommend this place. They get you in and out quick, and even offer a service where you go online select an appointment that speeds it up even more.

I normally love great clips. I just moved to the area and needed my hair cut so I looked up the closest great clips. I went for the initial cut, didn't like it but I figured I'd grow to be ok with it. I went back a few days later to get it fixed and the same girl tried to "fix" it. She was rude. I hated it. I called the manager who tried to fix it. I went there 3 times, I hate my hair cut, and now I have to go somewhere different to get it fixed, they'll have to cut my hair super short. It's not even a difficult cut! THEY DON'T CLEAN THEIR SUPPLIES!!!!!!! That place is disgusting! After the second time, I saw the girl didn't clean anything! They don't sanitize brushes, combs, shears, clippers, nothing! They use the same cape over and over again. I ended up with someone else's hair all over my clothes.

I've taken my daughter to this Great Clips on a few occasions and the staff has been efficient and pleasant; online check-in is always a bonus, and a few stores down in the shopping center is Mocha Moe's for a great cup of coffee. My most recent visit was for a spontaneous morning trim for myself, and I, along with another customer, were waiting outside on the sidewalk for them to open, just running a few minutes behind their posted hours. (The lady inside gave us the "one-more-moment" finger gesture while we stood there, and upon unlocking the door, she and the other employee began to rant to one another about other staff members, annoying clients, and cliched gossip that one comes to expect of hair salons.) I only wanted a trim, maybe with a bit of integrity maintained to the layers that were growing out from a more "upscale" haircut that I'd gotten a few months prior, but the stylist went ahead and cut additional layers into my hair resulting in a style that I'm not terribly thrilled with. I'm a low-maintenance gal and don't want to have to style and blow-dry, so I'm a bit forced into ponytails and clips while this grows out. That being said, the price is cheap and the service quick, but I think I'll stick to just bringing my kiddo here.
