My husband went to go get a quick hair cut and he asked for a a medium skin fade and let me just say for a 20 dollar haircut that was horrible you can see the hair line they did not blend it out. To be honest his hair looks unprofessional. the person who did his hair seems like she looked up a YouTube video before she did it.
Conversation inappropriate within a business. I walked out and went to another Great Clips in Tramoor Village that I throughly enjoyed the young man cutting my hair.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I checked in online to do back to school haircuts and had an estimated wait time of 98 min, I selected to receive a text when the wait time was 15 minutes and planned to head to the store at about 30 wait time so I made sure I'd get in. At about a 30 wait time I refreshed my page to see where I was at and found that my check in had been deleted. I tried to check back in, but it said it wasn't available. So I called the store, thinking it was just a system error. I got the store manager, Lee, who told me that the check ins fall out after an hour, I asked if I was supposed to check in every hour then? And he said that the wait times were only an estimation, and if I didn't check in within the hour it would remove me, even though the online system said I would receive a text at 15 minutes, and my initial estimation was well over the 60 minutes that my check in would be deleted. I was confused and frustrated and tried to ask why what he was telling me different information then what was online, he started to talk over me, saying I wasn't listening and then hung up on me. I had to call back 3 times to get someone to answer again, at which time he told me that I had raised my voice at him and sarcastically told me his name and that he was the store manager, and for me to "have a nice day". If that's how the manager speaks to their customers, I'm glad that I didn't end up getting anything done there. Definitely would NOT recommend.
The woman cutting my hair trimmed my eyebrows without asking. I definitely would not have wanted her to do so. Overall poor haircut as well.
I checked in online, waited for over 30 min in their waiting area.... Only to be told at the last minute that they don't shampoo and blow dry with 2 stylists there! They could have informed me of that BEFORE having me wait, like my time is u important!
