For the most part, the technicians are great, but there is one that made it necessary to move to another shop. She was not happy -- her face made that clear. She explained that she was not thrilled with many of her clients claiming that there was "no customer service." She didn't even realize that she is the one who is to provide customer service. She didn't listen and then claimed that she demanded precise language. This site on York Avenue is so convenient, but I found another shop where the vibes were better and my hair was cut decently.

It had been too long since my last haircut! I'm glad I found this place and they took care of me really fast. My barber barely spoke a word to me, because I bet he was dismayed. But at least we got the job done! It's easy to check in online about ten minutes before you arrive, so you don't sit very long in the store.

Ok I go to Great Clips to see Moses who does a great job at his craft. he has a great attitude and is super amusing and funny.

I walk in by chance got right in..the placed smelled like ciggerettes..the person never put on gloves kept poking my neck she liked like a rag lady the way she was dressed and like she just got out of bed..too loud in there mistake

The haircut i got from this salon was fine and average but what frustrated me was a political presence in the salon amongst the employees. Time and time again i have gone to get my haircut here and I always catch wind of some sort of political rant or argument in the salon. This is honestly very unprofessional as it is usually involving one or more employees with customers. I feel like i come for a haircut and small talk but the conversations I have heard are crossing a line. The last time i got my haircut one of the employees proceeded to yell across the salon at a customer who shared different views as him. Then when the customers left he employees very publicly talked about him. I found this unprofessional on every level and very distasteful.
