I can't leave a review for the "salon" on Beaver and Douglas so this is my next best choice. My son and his friend went to get a haircut. They both came back looking worse than when they left, covered in hair, and both incredibly upset. The "stylist" evidently was a beauty school drop out who got hired anyway. Hair all over the floor by her station, cut finger, complained about another stylist the entire time. My son's bangs were literally 6 different lengths when he brused it over to the side. It was like a finger width random chop. The "stylist" complained the entire time about how horrible it is to cut teenagers hair. My kid didn't know what to do. He's in the chair, getting ridiculed, and starting to have an anxiety attack, and gets worst haircut he's ever had. Will not go back. It's close to home, but I rather drive across town to anywhere else than go back to them.

I always use the check in app and I have never had to wait long. I have always went to the Megan the manager for my haircuts as she does an awesome job. I have referred multiple people there and they continue to use their services. Great prices as well!

I did online check in, when I got there the lady that was free to do my haircut swept up the hair and went in the back. I had to go back to work so I left, obviously they have no regard or need of customers.

I went on new years eve at about 4 to have my hair done for dinner and our night out. The person that help me was extremely rude and short with me. She didn't really talk to me about what I wanted besides curled. Looked horrible but I could tell she was not interested in helping me so paid and left. Will be calling for a refund tomorrow when they are open again as I came home and washed my hair a re did it myself. Waste of time and money!
