I'm only reviewing because I actually had a good experience here. As I read other reviews, I get it. Getting a haircut can be a gamble sometimes. My haircut should never be a gamble. So for me it's all about customer service. I went on a Monday evening. I was in and out. For as many people that they served while I was there, they did a great job.
Checked in online, when I showed up I saw my name on the list and sat down. Then someone came in and removed my name from the list. I went up the next person who came to the screen and explained the situation. They told me since it expired I would have to wait again for my haircut. It wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't schedule my appointment 90 minutes in advance and I would have to wait another 40 minutes on top of that to get a haircut. I recommend going somewhere else for a haircut.
Amanda was great. Really enjoyed the experience and was very happy with the cut. I will definitely be coming back.
Terrible experience. Never met anyone that smelled of that much smoke. The lady who trimmed my bangs made them uneven. I feel like you should always look your best when meeting clients because I did not trust her the second I walked in and she didn't listen to anything I said about it. My bangs look like trash and I can't say much more.
The worst experience I have ever had at a Great Clips (or any hair salon). I was told there would be a 20-30 minute wait, but ended up waiting an hour. After finally being sat in a chair, my stylist was pulled aside by another stylist (there were only 2 in the salon) to finish another person's haircut. So I sat in the chair and waited another 10-15 minutes. No one ever so much as apologized. After cutting my hair, my stylist didn't even ask me if it looked okay, and just started to dry it. I have never had such horrible customer service. NEVER going back.
