Came here for the first time for my son. Barber had a straight dead look like she hated being here lol, but she did an awesome job with my sons hair and he liked it. Barber ended up smiling at the end which is always nice to see lol. Checking in is fast and simple with the app. Lots of parking. Like I stated earlier, our barber didn't seem like people person or talkative like the others that I've heard while waiting for my son.
I've been here in Bryan/college station for over a year now and I've only got my hair cut once (now twice). I've asked co workers where they get their hair done and every time they've said.....'good luck'. I've finally had enough, plus I really needed my ends trimmed, I decided to visit Great Clips by HEB. Amongst the chaos of Covid-19, they were nice, super friendly and, from what I could tell, doing a great job of sanitizing everything. My hair was damaged from trying another salon, the lady completely chopped and butchered my hair.....BUT Brittany was wonderful! I tend to communicate on what I want and how I do my hair many too much. (As I have naturally curly hair but blow dry and straighten daily if I can). She listened, proceeded to wet and dry my hair so that she could see the damage. She communicated with me how she cutting the ends and did what she could to work her magic. Needless to say, I always find the issues after getting home a few days later, after going thru my routine of drying and straightening.....NOT this time! I will be back to continue to work on getting my healthy long hair back!!! Thank you Brittany!!!!
An amazing group of gals. They were not afraid to open their doors. They had a great system and were super friendly. A salon in my home town was so skeptical I just said "forget it" and drove 37 miles to Great Clips. I will not go anywhere again.
