I got a Haircut at this Bedminster NJ location for myself and my son earlier today around noon time. When I checked in online there were 1 or 2 people ahead of me and when I went to the store there were 10+ people checked in and few waiting in the store. Off Late I see this location they don't do a lot of cleaning and then ask the next guest to come, I have been thinking about it for a while but just left it, but todays experience was the worst, I have been coming to this location for a while and I see the service over a period of time going down This Particular hair stylist was rushing my son and me and finished our haircuts in 2 to 5 mts and all she was doing was to get to the next customer. Very Poor Service Overall Very much dissatisfied with the customer service and cleanliness at this location

This is the worst haircut I've ever gotten in my entire life. It looks like a child took a scissor and just went at my hair. I asked for layers, and instead she just cut every which way. There are no even layers. It's completely choppy. My hair is cut into a ton of uneven lengths and they're uneven on my right and left side. All she did was twirl my hair in her finger and just cut diagonally down. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the trip. Do not go here.
What a find! This was my first time at this place and I am impressed. They took all the appropriate precautions before we began. Kayla was the best!! She was personable and professional. I came there, looking like a shaggy girl and left feeling total glam. Many thanks. I will be back!
I had Joanna (I hope I'm spelling that right!) and she was AMAZING. Very sweet, very professional. I was nervous because I was getting a lot cut off but she put me at ease and did an amazing job. I will definitely go again
