First, they were RUDE. Second, the stylist didn't seem to understand "traditional boy's cut" which I've been told is a phrase they should understand. They told me I was rude (I probably was at that point) and a man named Colby was absolutely nasty! Go anywhere else!
They messed up 2 members of my familys hair. My wifes was cut to short and uneven, her hair was CUT BY THE STORE MANAGER............... ANYWAYS my sons hair was not even really cut at all. No fade was done and his top hair was made uneven. He was told not to even touch the TOP!!!!!!!! Annoying they get paid to be professional........ but I dont THINK THEYRE OR know their job or listen..... insane we allow people to say they're professional when the are sorry AND HAVE NO SKILL. If this inst the case then we are dealing with half ass lazy Non chalant people who think they deserve a check for free....... Get new people to work or close it down. So sick of lazy ass people..... it's just my money that I spend......
went in for a 4 INCH TRIM and the lady cut close to 7 inches. the cut is not level whatsoever and one side of my hair is 2 inches longer than the other side. not licensed at all. absolutely devastated and disgusted.
