I would give negative stars! I googled hair salons near me and Graciela's hair salon popped up, I decided to give them a call to see if they could fit me and my daughter for a quick wash and blow out and the owner was super nice. The shopping center area was not very nice, I mean we were in a rough area so I kind of expected that. I walk in and the place looks really run down but I try to just keep it cool and wait it out. Graciela the owner walked us to the back to get our hair washed, and I didn't want to sit down, it was absolutely filthy, the sinks were full of brushes and hair tools. I was freaking out inside but again was trying to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she's going to bleach it before washing my hair. Unfortunately she just threw all the tools and brushes into another sink and gave it a quick rinse with water. I felt terrible but I had to walk out, I apologized for wasting her time, and politely left. It has to be illegal to run a hair salon like that, I hope it gets shut down for the safety of those too shy, too kind or too ignorant to step out
I've known Grace for many years now, since I was a kid. She has always been reliable. Also have never had any issue with the product of haircut I received. Prices are great as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Visited this week for the first time. The salon was extremely dirty, which left me feeling uneasy, especially in these times of COVID -- and the hair salon owner did not wear a mask. I had my hair highlighted, colored, and cut. She got bleach on the back of my shirt that I didn't see until I got home -- so my shirt is now wrecked. She also kept me waiting a long time while she took other clients. That said, I actually liked how my hair came out. But between the lack of cleanliness and the damage to my shirt, I will not be back. It was an expensive lesson.
Went last week for dye n haircut. I was very disappointed to see how filthy this place was. With COVID you think this place would be cleaner. I will never go back to this location anymore.
