It's 2024 and to put out work like this is just crazy. They were not busy I was the only customer in the shop. She took her time and wasn't rushing when she was doing my pedicure so for them to come out like an 8 year did them is a waste of time. By no means was I looking for perfection but that's fucking crazy this is how they do service
The customer service was great but the quality they provide is not for me . I appreciate the great customer service but they need to not rush your experience. I'm sticking with Paris nails
Update:
Gave them one last shot on Tuesday. They fixed two broken nails for $10. The same two nails snapped on Saturday. Idk if they're using cheap tips or what but I can't justify even those 10 dollars with them anymore.
This place has horrible horrible service . The guy who did my nails had a bad attitude, he was doing my pedicure aggressively, and he DID NOT listen to what I had asked for nicley . He cut my toenails supper low ( which I had explained what length and shape I wanted ) he obviously didn't listen . I didn't say anything because of how upset I was I just paid and I left , and I won't ever step foot there again or recommend this place ever .
This place is a last resort. The pedicures are decent, but the white guy that works in there has an attitude from the start and I've been in there multiple times. All he does is complain about wanting to go home. There's a black girl who can do long acrylics but that's it.
