I love taking my 8 year old granddaughter to Giggles in Indian Lake. But on 11-19-23 we went and I was so disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. The floor looked as if it had not been mopped in days. Hair all in the pedicure bowls, the green little chairs they use, literally had dirt and drinks spilled on them. I mean I do not think they have sprayed any of those chairs down and scrub them much less sanitize. They are all dirty. No toilet paper in the bathroom. It was not clean at all. They charge a good amount for services and that is fine, but it needs to be cleaned and sanitized daily. Those cars and chairs can be cleaned easily. The floors also. Mothers are putting their kids in there even the pedicure chairs they sit in are dirty. Not trying to be rude, but please clean the store!!!!!!

Pieces of the mommy & me spa service were completely skipped. Quality of service was low. My daughter enjoyed herself so I didn't complain but it was disappointing overall.
I had a great experience and so did my baby girl she had soo much fun and I enjoyed seeing her getting her little toes done if they would have scrubbed my feet or did any of the things for a real pedicure I would have given it a perfect score even though I don't want to pay $35 to just get my feet painted I'd come back to bring my baby girl!
