Nails were filed horribly unevenly but the workers were unable to correct the mistake. The guy made me bleed when he was trimming my cuticles also. Then, the gel polish was applied with bubbles in it, the nails weren't covered fully, and my cuticles had polish all over them. Then, after the polish was dried he went over my nails with the file, completely scratching the surface on 1 of them. When I asked if they could fix it, he didn't understand me and neither did his coworkers. I went back in to get it taken off and get a refund but they won't refund you, and the lady was really pushy about redoing the set instead of just taking it off and letting me leave. I only got 12 dollars back after I paid 40 plus tip and spent 2 hours there. Now my nails are short, uneven, thin, and my cuticles are torn and bloody. Really upsetting.

The employees are very kind and accommodating. I have walked in at random to get my nails done and they have gotten me a chair quickly. Each time I have gone I am impressed and satisfied with my nails. I highly recommend this salon!

First, let me say I am VERY picky about where I get my nails done. I moved to Park City in 2011 and quickly tried every nail salon in town. I decided to venture to SLC to see if I could find what I was looking for. Note: I CANNOT sit in a chair for more than 45 minutes. I can't. So this was huge for me. Where can I get a really great gel mani and/or pedi in under 45 minutes. It's Get Nails on Foothill. I have been going to Get Nails since I discovered it way back in 2011--12 years. I have received service from every one of their employees. Get Nails is a family-owned place so there for very little turnover if any at all. Their prices are the lowest in the area and they DO NOT try to upcharge you. If you pick a certain pedicure they don't ask questions. I can get a gel mani in 30 minutes, in and out. If they have people available, they can do the mani and pedi at the same time! If you want a super fancy experience you should find somewhere else. If you want a clean, fast, quality, and affordable nail salon, that provides everything you need and nothing that you don't--then go to Get Nails.
