Wife came in on Sunday to get bangs done, initial impression looked good but my wife was not even greeted. Not much conversation went on about the service that was wanted. Once on the chair the hair technician just grabbed a bunch of hair and just cut at free will with the look of being rushed or irritated while performing the service the entire time. With all those factors, it's easy to feel a uncomfortable and or unwanted in a place of business. Final results were not as wanted while technician persisted that it's cause my wife needed to blow dry her hair or giving other excuses to accept it wasn't what the customer wanted .

Worst salon I walked in asking for a tone because I had already bleach my hair and this so called hairdresser asked me what do you mean by tone so I showed her an example of how I wanted my hair and she told me I didn't need a tone I just needed color (my hair was Cheeto color I clearly needed a tone) and turned my hair light pink so I confronted her so she tells me she can fix it and puts BLACK! Low lights in my hair and boy did that make my eyes burn because of the chemicals so she decided to literally flop a towel on my face like if my face was a trash bin this place is so inexperienced with hair she didn't even know what toning your hair meant

I have been going to Cristina for 13 years. My mom has been going to her since2000! She is the best. She really does what you want! She doesn't take too much off. She listens to what you want. She is an amazing stylist
