Gazebo Hair Salon in Cranston, RI

I went into the salon as a blonde looking to LIGHTEN my hair. Dillon Vota was my stylist. We exchanged multiple pictures and texts in regards to what i was looking for. He didn't seem to be concerned at all. Needless to say i left the salon a BRUNETTE. I spend almost 5 hours there and $180 for the complete opposite of what i wanted. He also ruined my shirt with hair dye. Took way more smoke breaks than necessary and came back smelling like an ashtray. He told me he would fix my hair for a discounted price. What a joke.

Nikky is the best hair dresser I have ever been to! I get bayalage blonde, cuts, treatments and blowouts from Nikky. I will never go to anyone else! Photos to come! Pictures tell all!

Gazebo Hair and Nail Salon is a joke . I went there after a long day which was super stressful and not good so I thought I'd treat myself with new hair for my birthday . I went to gazebos because my experience with them previously was fantastic ! I went in today and ask the receptionist about my appt. I made earlier . She then asks one of the stylist about what I want to do with my hair , the stylist came over and started touching my hair without asking and was basically laughing at my hair , like why do you think I'm fucking here ? Anywho , she then starts to tell me theirs breakage which is understandable but then she basically said my hair was a joke and that there was nothing they could do for me , they told me if I lightened my hair I'd need a pixie cut which I know was bullshit. She could've cut shoulder length it would've been fine that's what I always do! She said my hairs breakage is too bad and that she was only being nice. Really unprofessional. She could obviously see I was upset and I asked her theirs really no other options like maybe a hair cut?? And they said they'd give me referrals to other salons . I told them thanks for nothing and they just giggled at me , basically making fun of me . I sat in my car and cried because that made me feel so horrible . I can't wait to get in touch with a manager tomorrow !!

My hair was highlighted with chunky stripe highlights up to my root when I went in and asked for my balayage lightened as much as possible and specifically asked it not to go to the root. She only lightened some of the it, so there are streaks of the darker color still throughout. It honestly looks pretty terrible. In addition, the haircut I received has this one huge chunk in the front that's 1-2" shorter than the rest, will post pic soon. I've had it in a ponytail every day since I had it done and haven't blown it dry since the process damaged it a good deal, and just blew it dry for the first time and noticed the chunk.

They offered to extend root as long as I could make it in within 10 days. Was out of town for work and so couldn't make it in within the 10 day limit, although I did contact them the day after the color was done. They said sorry, they'd let their team know my feedback. Will not return.

Very unhappy with this place! I thought this place was awesome going by the reviews..boy was I wrong!! Inexperienced hair stylist that they call a master stylist ruined my hair..I wanted lighter she went darker put partial foils with no toner as a result brassy!  I went back to see if they could fix it and owner tried but still looks like s#*t after I spent $255!! I would not recommend this place!!
