I love going here to get my hair done. I've always felt so awkward when I went other places, feeling like I needed to make conversation, but Janine makes it so easy! Highly recommend getting your hair done here!
Called to inquire about tanning around 7:30pm as business is listed as open until 8pm today (and they're extremely close to home) but was told it was too late and she was closing soon. No prob, seemed like a small family place so I get it. Inquired about the latest she would accept a tan in general and was told the latest is 6:15pm because she also runs a hair salon so there's a lot of clean-up and if someone came to tan at 7:45 she'd have to be there until 8pm. (Again business was advertised as open until 8pm.) She was pretty short about the whole thing and came off as rude and unconcerned about potential customers. It's really a shame since the business is so close but I'll gladly drive 20-minutes to the next closest tanning salon to give my business to someone who actually wants it.
I have never been so disappointed in a business. They are VERY rude! I called to redeem my gift card and I was told she can't help me because she's in the middle of a hair color and told me maybe I need to go elsewhere because she can't help me! I was taken back by the shortness and unprofessionalism, I would never go there or recommend this business to anyone!
