I had @polodragon on instagram for my nail service, the nails i requested were difficult and he took them on with no hesitation. He made sure i liked each step of the process and made sure everything was clean. I let him freestyle with my nails for the design and they came out perfect. I will be going to him every time i go! Truly terrible. Nancy and Kelly, mostly Nancy, did a terrible job and was so incredibly rude. Will not be returning. And they don't keep track of "appointments" either. You'll make an appointment and wait 45 minutes to be seen.
Used to love coming here. Las 3 times it was horrible service. First the lady that did my nails kept hurting me and when I would let her know she would roll her eyes and continue to do the same. Then the person who did my nails last was also very rude and rushed everything. Today, I called in advance (at 1pm) to make an appointment for 6pm. I show up and Im told to wash my hands and take a seat. 7:05 comes around and nobody has helped me or even acknowledge me. Another person that walked in at 6:45 was helped before I was. HUGE waste of my time.
Bad customer service. The lady that did my pedicure cut me and in addition one of her colleagues made another client stand up from her pedicure to get her own nail polish. The pedicure overall was done poorly rushed and painful obviously. Never coming here again -10/10 this was on a Thursday afternoon.
The only nail place I will go to. Such good prices for what you get. Love jilly! All the workers there are super nice. Hot stone pedicure for $50? Don't ever change Galaxy nails!
