Bad serviceI left with the toe nails the way they came in. I didn't notice because of the polish. When I looked closely, it's almost like she didn't touch it. And my nails were in bad shape. Wasted money. Also. it felt like they where talking about me "behind" my back, in their language. Bad service. Indifferent to clients. Cash only with a ATM machine. Never again

I see some negative reviews and it makes me bummed because that's not the experience I have here at all! This is the only place I come to get my pedicures, and have been loyal for a few years now. I tell everyone to go here! As with any business, I believe if you put nice and friendly energy out to the people who work there, they will take great care of you. So maybe the people who had bad experiences with the staff weren't exactly being the friendliest customer either. Anyway, Jasmine is my go-to gal. She is so meticulous and pays close attention to the tiniest details, so my nails always turn out PERFECT and the shellac pedicure lasts me a full month or more! She even remembers exactly what I want every time I call, and asks how things are going and seems to really care and treat me like a friend when I'm there. That, TO ME, is great customer service. Plus, this salon goes above and beyond with their pedicures and have a crazy buffing tool that no other salon I've ever been to has, that makes your feet extra smooth and beautiful. Sanitary foot wax in individual bags so you're not putting your feet into a big vat of wax where everyone else's feet have been... like other places in Beaverton.  I highly recommend this place and will continue going here as long as I live in Beaverton

Very unprofessional,  sloppy work, I have given this place so many chances but more often than not the work is just not good, either the shape is uneven, or the acrylic is too thick or the polish is all over or has lost of bubbles most of the time I let it slide if it's not too noticeable but this time it was really bad and I went back the next day and was told I need to pay to have them fixed, after being a regular at this place for several years I was shocked at the way I was treated the mistake was very clearly on their end but they refused to take responsibility and just want to make more $$. I added a couple of pics of some of the horrific work I have gotten there before. The pedicures are good that's what kept me going back but not anymore Never going back.

This place is really hit and miss sometimes I love their work and other times it's just disappointing even with the same nail tech I have needed to go elsewhere to get my nails fixed several times after getting them done here. Today being my last time. They are very limited on colors especially if u do not want gel polish. Today I went in for a fill and left with lumpy polish lots of bubbles which I mentioned but was ignored. I told my nail tech that the UV light turned off too quickly and they did not cure long enough but she assured me they are DONE. They started peeling in less than an hour of leaving

Galaxy nails has disappointed me for the last time. They are super reasonable but sometimes you get what you pay for. My daughter and I came in for shellacs. Not only were we taken 35 minutes past our spot time (with no apology) but halfway through my service the nail technician got up to start a walk-In and left me sitting for an extra 20 minutes. I k know with Covid times are tough but this was no way to treat long time/loyal customers
