HORRIBLE experience. Made an appointment to take my friend for her birthday. Show up on time, and we wait for THIRTY minutes before they see us. What's the point of an appointment then? My nails lasted just a few days before chipping and my friend got a bacterial infection that she ended up on antibiotics for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Do not come here. Not only did the nail tech file my nails so thin they look like tooth picks but 3 nails were already lifting when I was sitting in the chair. When I asked her to fix them she simply put nail glue over the area and told me nothing was there. She then continued to file my nails so thin she rubbed the skin off of 4 fingers causing them to bleed and CONTINUED TO FILE OVER THE BLOOD. Here are two fingers that were cut by filing my skin over and over even after asking to stop AND 1 area where I clearly told her the nail was lifting and she said there was nothing there. Absolutely awful experience and will not be returning.
I've been here twice and my nails come out fabulous! The first time Vivian did my nails and the second time Hali did them. These ladies are wonderful and friendly. I feel very well taken care of when I am there... so much that I am falling asleep because it's my time to relax. Love this place. Best find.
They charged me $85 for a manicure and pedicure even though the listed price is $50 and I don't know why. I've only had them for 3 days and two fingers are already chipping
