What incredible service! My first time at Gabriella's. Was paired with the amazing Kaitlin. She knew exactly what I wanted. Not only did she give me an amazing cut, but she me feel at ease. I can't wait to my next visit. Every angle of this place there's a smile. How refreshing!

Love love Diana Leach!! The salon itself is such a postive homey environment it's easy to spend a couple hours in there and not notice. So many people came in with friends or family. One of the other stylist held a customers baby when she got fussy so mom could get her hair cut. My hair color came out great and so happy to start my blonde process there. Can't wait to go back and get even more platinum !

Really bad customer service. I bought a package of 5 blow outs. Unfortunately I didn't know they expired in 6 months. After my blow out today I informed the stylist of my package and she would not accept it as payment. The owner, Gabriella came over to me and said my package expired. I am repulsed that a local salon would be so rude. Do not go there because there are many more local salons who treat you fairly. I just learned that same thing happened to-a friend. Don't give Gabriella's your business.

What an amazing atmosphere! So happy I was introduced to Gabe and her staff, as they are so super sweet and really know their stuff when it comes to hair. It's really a family in there, and they make you feel like family as well. The first time I went to Gabriella's, my hair was a "green" ish color from the toner that my previous hair stylist used. Just looking at my hair, Gabe and Kaitlin knew exactly what to do. Although I didn't have an appointment, they took the time to strip the color out of my hair and make my hair look totally normal again. I went back again to get a full head of highlights by Kaitlin and I am extremely happy with my hair! The placement is perfect and the color is on point! (Now, I'm going lighter from a dark color so I'll be going back very soon to add more highlights since it's a process!) But my hair looks beautiful thanks to Kaitlin. Kaitlin also gave me a trim and a face frame. I have pretty long hair so I don't usually let anyone cut my hair (it's been over a year since I let any scissor hit my hair and my hair grows pretty quick). Thankfully Kaitlin respected my request of just a very very simple trim (unlike so many other scissor happy stylists who just do whatever they feel like without listening to you). Kaitlin listens! Been with Laura at Gabriella's for years and years. My favorite stylist ever!! I'm so lucky I found her as a "walk in" all those years ago. Gabriella's Salon is fun, welcoming and is filled with talent. If Laura can't do my hair, I have the opportunity to go to anyone else in the salon. They are all wonderful.
