G2 Salon in Danvers, MA

I had an appointment with Karen the day before Christmas 2022 she didn't put the proper color on my hair.. that was in my file. I was there for 3 times before I went to from golden blonde to dark ash brown.. then when she tried to add highlights on the top looked like stripes..2) previous I went to Karen and she put wax on my eyebrows and lip.. where bright red and left product on my face.. I couldn't believe left the salon like that.. I went and iced it at home.. 3) Not good for cutting.. she said my bangs are not enough and cut too much of a section and too short as well..Patricia Schneider

Weird vibes! When consulting, The stylist Interrupted me to say " I know what you want" She basically gave me cheetah spots when I asked for dark blonde lowlights and highlights. When I told her I was really sorry and didnt like it , her co workers circled me and lied saying they liked it and pressured me not to change it. She told me it was not permanent color. Lie. It took a year to grow out! I called and asked to get it done over and the stylist answered the phone she insisted it be her to do it. No thanks. I hope owner invests in education for these stylists.

This used to be my go to place for eyebrows. I really loved it here, I was even thinking of starting to get my hair done here. But yesterday I went in to get my eyebrows done, (as I have done the past year and a half) the wax was way too hot but I did not notice at the time. Because I could not tell if it was normal hot or too hot when she put it on. I now have burns and swelling above both of my eyes, I am just hoping it wont scar. I had to visit my doctors this morning to see if it was an infection or not and I cannot go to work tonight because of the swelling.

So I come across the little Mall called Liberty tree. While exploring, I decided to get my eyebrows done. They were looking rough. At first the experience wasn't too bad, the older women cleaned my brows and started to wax. Then she started trimming....and trimming....and trimming some more. Needless to say, she trimmed the crap out of my brows, especially on the outside, which are already extremely light colored, and she gave me meth brows....like super thin 90s brows. I wasn't happy with it and she offered to fill them in...me not being familiar with this Salon, I assumed they did makeup as well. NOOO, she pulled an eyebrow pencil from her own purse, didn't clean it, and applied it to my face. Then I asked to see it to "color match" so I could purchase the same pencil, she refused to show me her dirty expired eyebrow pencil. Disgusting!!! Also, yes, I got a skin infection and broke out really bad. Do not recommend.

Online the price for what I did was 65 but I was charged 150 and I even brought it up and they said that because of the length of my hair it was more. I wanted highlights however they just did my roots which has nothing to do with the length. It also washed out dramatically after washing my hair four times. I wanted highlights and that were not put it. I'm extremely unhappy about the over all experience so much that I won't even have them fix it because I'm pretty sure they won't even do that correctly. I don't like how prices online do not exist in the store and they charge you whatever want. I even called and asked how much roots are to get done and they said $100 which is diffrent from online. I do not recommend them at all. I also said I wanted a color I had previously completely gone and the ends are that color. I wanted a completely different look and did not get it. I also did not even get a hair cut and paid for it because it automatically comes with it I guess I should of got money off not pay $150 for half of my hair to be done. Also I had to make a appointment at another hair salon to actually get what I wanted which really sends me over the edge. I went to elephant salon in Peabody and the did a phenomenal job fixing there mistakes and made my hair come out how I wanted also it was only70 dollars for a color and high light so that shows you how much they over charge at this salon! They even took 10 dollars off because they felt bad I had to pay to get my hair re done.
