I had a pedicure done there today. I haven't been there for a while so I did t ask for anyone in particular. When I got there, an older lady asked me to sit at one of the chairs and started my pedicure. I had already cut my nails at home so she did t have to do much there. I asked her to round the nails and remove an ingrown nail if possible. She proceeded to tell me that for that I needed to see a doctor . Say what?!?!?! Everyone cleans the side of the nails, it's not a strange request. Then I get to pay and she tells me about the $1 feet to use the card so since I had cash from a change I got last night I told her I would give her cash. The pedicure was $30 plus $5 for the callus removal so the total was $35. I give her two $20 and three $5 so all together I gave her $55. I told her the tip was $10. She left and didn't say anything. When I noticed what I've done, I told her I had giving her the wrong amount but she said no, you gave me the correct amount. I'm posting this because I am very disappointed that in these hard times people can behave this way, be so dishonest, with their customers! I hope she can use the $20 tip, that she didn't deserve and can buy some medicine if needed. There are many other nail salons in our neighborhood so I'll be spending my money somewhere else. I could have argued with her but it wasn't worth it.
Terrible service! My friend and I had an appointment for 11, but it didn't start for at least 10-15 minutes but then when they began the pedicure, they made me wait another 10-15 min with my feet in the water, which by the time the technician came to do my pedicure, was already cold. The pedicure lasted less than 10 min. My daughter's two years old could have done a better job.
My girlfriend's gel nails were uneven, and the cuticles were still on. Mine looks better; that's why I'm giving two starts, but both of us got a nail infection afterward. This was not worth $225!!!
Great pricing and kind service. I enjoyed my pedicure here every time. There isn't much of an ambiance, just a couple tvs playing but they always take me as a walk in and are efficient with their time.
Uneven nails. Worker left in the middle of appointment someone else had to step in. My cuticle area got very cut up and it was very painful and the guy blamed it on me. Worst nail job I have ever gotten. The nails are so sloppy I'm embarrassed to wear them in public. Thinned out nails and didn't paint them all the way.
