Forever Young Salon in Los Altos, CA

I have thought long and hard about writing this review. But I think it's important to share. Booking the appointment was a bit of a hassle. Took me three weeks to get an appointment. I also tried booking one in person, but they were closed during their open business hours. I went in for balayage and came out with orange hair. She was hesitant to even do it, because she said it wouldn't look good on me. She didn't tone it at all, and when I asked her to please fix it, she said I needed a few days to get used to it. I ended up going to a different salon to fix my butchered hair. I don't recommend this salon for hair color.

Made an appt. hours in advance and arrived at the salon 10 minutes before and no one was there. Really wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but it seemed like there was blatant disregard for my time.

I went to Forever Young salon with Groupon for highlights and cut. Cilia is a very nice lady and listens to what you want. I'm extremely happy with the color. I'm very particular that the color I get is ash blond and not yellow blond. I got exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend that place. I will be going back.

Bought a Groupon deal and had full highlights done for the first time. I was a little nervous about changing my natural hair color but Celia was absolutely terrific. I was very happy with the haircut and full highlights. I don't think my hair has ever looked this good. Very highly recommended!

This woman is a menace! Old techniques - she mentioned Peroxide to me?! Worse I made an appointment after calling to tell here what I wanted, and she let me drive 20 miles to her to say she didn't want to honor the Groupon. She doesn't want to work hard or handle anyone that might have long hair or expect good techniques. I suspect she is not confident or just lazy!
