I will never let another person work on my feet and toes. Love this place. Nice pleasant staff. They'll bring you wine and show you how the massage chairs work. I'm left with soft skin and beautiful nails. Very clean establishment. 10/10 will recommend

Stay away if you don't want to waste your money. I've never had a worse nail fill than here. I called before hand to see if they do poly gel which not many places do here in Huntsville they told me that they did when I called on the phone. When I got there I waited 30 minutes when they told me that they could take me a soon as I got there in 15 minutes.  When she started to do my nails she went and reached for the acrylic and I asked her what that was because I wanted poly gel. She started yelling in Vietnamese/Korean to someone else and he told her to grab the other powder.  I've done let them know that that is not what I asked for and they had poly gel.

Long story short.. they over charged me, did a horrible job, and gave me the wrong service.  I also was rushed when I got there at 6pm and my fill-in took over an hour to do after I waited 30 minutes.

These people are so nice, but there were issues. However, they had never heard of and didn't honor the free tangerine sugar scrub posted on yelp with a check-in. Also they sent me to dry my nails with no sandals on my feet. This didn't seem appropriate, as others had the disposable sandals on before going. Walking barefoot in a nail salon seemed gross. They pulled out hang nails as they called them, and 24 hours later, our toes hurt from it. Mine is swollen and red. Others were offered water, coke, and wine but we weren't offered anything while we were there.

I have been going to these ladies for quit some time, before they even started working here I knew the people before them and I don't know why they got rid of them. But anyway they have gotten so sloppy with their work and to top that They brought the prices up. So you're paying for different length, ugly shaped, and sore fingers after you are done. My pinky and my thumb was hurting so bad after I left them. I WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE AGAIN. If i'm going to pay that kind of price for my nails, I want them to look the price. They don't even deserve that one star.

If you want a decent pedicure then this is a great place. The chairs are nice and they do a great job with the polish. But if you want acrylics or gel, stay away. I've been going here for over a year and I think I'm just going to have to stop. I got a full set about 3 weeks ago and I wasn't too happy with them. One of the nails is crooked and they aren't filed evenly. One thumb is way longer than the other. Plus she didn't file them evenly on each side. They did a good job on the polish, but I wasn't super happy. I went back a week ago for a fill in. On two days all of the gel polish had chipped and peeled off and now two of the nails have broken off. I will be finding a new salon.
