I called four days ago and left a message...I am visiting from out of state and wanted to have a mani/pedi and massage while I am here. I left my number and have yet to receive a call back.
Well, I would have loved to get my nails done and book a massage for my husband, but of the 3 separate times I've called during normal business hours they have yet to pick up the phone or respond to voicemails...seriously, what business doesn't answer the phone on a Tuesday at 11am or call back to the voice-mail left?
The business was closed when I showed up to my appt. I received ZERO communication about this. I have to drive 1 5 hours to town. I was livid. Still no apology call or follow up. So rude.
I hadn't had a massage in 2 years so I had a lot of kinks to get out. Brandi surely did that. With medium to deep pressure & light pressure in areas, I felt all the knots roll off my body. Kudos to Brandi! I will surely return when I'm in Great Falls. For now, rejuvenated & relaxed.
