A great salon. My wife was very pleased with her mani/pedi with Bryan. This shop vibe is great and it is so convenient to other businesses- Chick Fil A, Food Lion, Starbucks, Lowe's. This is now her go to shop.

I love this salon! Each technician does such a wonderful job! The service is excellent!

Love this place!. The first and only visit I had to wait 2 weeks which until the beginning of October. The manicurist was meticulous and professional. The store was spotless. Unfortunately, I only gave it 2 stars bc I could never get an appointment. I was told they were all booked up, 2 months in advance, yet whenever I passed by, no one, no cars and no people were there. I was given an appointment for 8:30am, yet when I got there the sign said they opened at 9:30. The door was locked and the lights were on. I kept knocking, very loudly. After waiting almost an hour, the woman came and unlocked the door. I was annoyed and told her so. Her excuse was that she didn't hear me; she was in the bathroom. I got gel nails which took an hour and there were no other customers. When I wanted to rebook in 3 weeks, she said they were booked until December. I'm very disappointed.

I have been to this business several times with my well trained 4 pound service dog.  I like the work they do. I made an appointment for today and when I showed up they refused me service. They refused to read the legal requirements, and they weren't not interested in the laws governing service dogs. They believe their no pet policy includes service dogs. Of course after being refused they said they don't mind serving me, but don't want my service dog in their salon. It is illegal to separate a person with an Americans with Disability Act (ADA) approved disability from their service dog. I called the police to educate them. Which the police officer did, because what they did was illegal. They need to read the state and federal laws regarding refusing service to some one with an ADA disability with a service dog. They are legally required to treat everyone the same. Discrimination is discrimination. The whole point of the ADA is for people with disabilities to be treated the same as people without disabilities. The ADA  is a federal law which requires businesses and non-profits to accommodate both individuals with service dogs AND dog allergies, even doctor's offices. This salon is opening  themselves up to lawsuits. Check out the ADA website. My only goal is education and wanting to get a pink and white fill and pedicure! Not all disabilities are visible! Needless to say I won't be going back, which of course was the goal so they could keep their customers complaining of dog allergies. Which by the way, I'm allergic to dogs too, I have a hypoallergenic service dog for that very reason.

Not recommend at all. We waited for an hour after being told it would be a few minutes. Then I saw a cockroach crawl up the front desk. When we got up to walk out, an employee asked us if we were ready. I told him no you have a cockroach up here so we won't be staying but thank you. And walked out without service. I'm happy to find another nail salon.
