I tried to give them second chance but they disappointed again. First time I went in for 3 nails that fell off from another tech. I asked them to repair aka replace/add to my already existing nails. Rather than providing me with a flat rate (ie, $3 a nail or whatever), the tech asked how much my previous nail lady charged and based it on that. So for 3 nails I overpaid like almost price of full set at their shop. Like $35!! Why couldn't she just quote me her own price? Shady. Second chance-they advertise they close at 7 pm. I got there at 6:25 pm for a pedicure. They turned me away saying there techs left already. As I was tryna find another shop while in my car, I saw 4 female workers leave at 6:30pm. Like if they're want to go home early and NOT be open until 7 pm, DON'T advertise that! Seem lazy! Advertise 6:30 pm then. I've seen other shops literally stay open until time they advertise plus 15 min to close up. LAME.
Pedicures are great here! I came in on a Monday, here in Merced no other nail places are open. I walked in and got seated right away, the pedicure was well done! The gel I got was done in 3 coats (perfect) and my lady was gentle but very thorough! Ba Huynh did a great job.
came in and got service quickly, No one was there but did my full set acrylic nails in 30 minutes. they came out so bumpy and dull . NEVER getting my service again!

The lady that did my pedicure and manicure asked if I wanted gel nail and I said no thank you. The entire time she did my pedicure she kept telling me how gel nail is better and I said yes I know but I only want regular polish. Then I finally told her why I want regular polish so I can remove the polish before work. She assumed I didn't want polish and got upset when I asked for polish. My mom was with me and the lady that did her pedicure and manicure was good and not at all pushy like the lady I had. It just depends who you get.
