What a difference between old ownership and new ownership. I took my 9 year old niece in for a manicure. This is what we got for $20.00. Soak in water and cut her nails. No file, no cuticles, no clipping of small skin. Very disappointed! I could have done that myself. Took less then 5 minutes. Will never go back.
I came in today 1/21/23 and received a full set. I have so many concerns. One, I didn't get the color or design I wanted but figured she knew what she was doing so I just waited to see what the finished looked like. Nope absolutely not what I asked for. Two, my nail beds are beyond sore and bloody from all the filing and picking at my cuticles. Third, my nails are all bumpy and just not at all acceptable! I would like to either get a new set free of charge or my money back, this is not okay and it happens everytime this one nail tech does them! Thank you.
Asked for a refund on my Deluxe Pedicure since service was poor. Spent close to $200 on my wife's nails and pedicures . Called to complain but no avail. Offer to redo the pedicure I was visiting Woodruff from California and already left SC. Also how can you redo an infection in my big tow. Work was mediocre I don't recommend
I had a 1:30 appointment for a pedicure. I didn't get into a chair until 2:15. When I finally got sat down, the water was luke-warm, at best, and I waited another 20 minutes for a technician. No one ever spoke to me; no one ever asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. I have been coming to this shop for almost 10 years! Today was my last visit!
In love with this place.I have started going to this place since it has the new owners and wow - fantasy as the name of this nail shop. They did really good especially the new trendy style of nail arts. Moreover, the atmosphere here is extremely good. Definitely will be back.
