I went into the store because I couldn't afford to go to my regular stylist, as I have lost my job. I thought that this would be a good, cheaper alternative because I had been to Fantastic Sams-Rachel for and had a decent amount of success. But this is the second time I have gone to this place and had them totally mess up my hair. I'm tired of it. They randomly assign you a stylist and will not allow you to ask questions about who is good at what or who has the most experience. You just have to take who you get. I went in wanting a fairly basic Bob, nothing too radical and what they came out with was absolutely not what was in the photograph that I showed her. The angle is wrong, it's chunky, it's way too long. Nothing about it is right. They offered to let me have a re-cut but I don't dare go there again for fear of what else they might do. Would not recommend.
This is my go to place for a haircut. Staff is friendly and I always get a good haircut. My problem is there are days when they AR so busy they don't answer their phone so I gave to wait as a walk-in. They should have a message that states they will not be answering their phone and please cal back tomorrow. Or better yet, get an online appointment system.

Stopped by for a quick cut. Staff was knowledgeable and recommended product for my hair type. Cut was fast and they made sure I was happy with it before leaving the salon. I will definitely make this a regular stop for all my hair care needs.
