I scheduled online and i was switched to another styles without being told she was new and it showed keeps saying sorry as more and more hair fell to the floor asked for shoulder length hair got chin length because it kept not matching so more and more was being cute off ...I look like a dutch boy ....I should have been told i was not seeing seeing who i scheduled with ( i scheduled with a master stylist ) do not recommend that was very shady to switch I should have been given the option and when i called to ask about it i was told everyone needs to learn how to cut on someone
Brought my 11 year old son. It should have been a red flag when we walked in and the employee rolled her eyes. Needless to say, we will not be back. The female that cut my sons hair was incredibly unfriendly. She put the "f. u." in customer service. The only time she said a few words during the service was when she was looking at her co-workers phone, while washing my son's hair, and made a snotty comment to her co-worker regarding the entertainment on the cell phone. Seriously. To top it off, my son left with what he described as a "Karen" hair cut. He was going for a hockey haircut look. I would agree, the layering looks like my grandmother's hair style. I assured him it will grow out...
I've been here 4 times now. Results are what you'd expect from this level of salon. Service here is the worst. Every visit I've waited double the time I was told. It's just annoying. Two times previous customers got to cut in line to fix a cut done the previous day. The owner really needs to step up and get an appropriate number of staff for the work load. 55 minute wait for a wax at an off peak times is embarrassing.
