Went here Tuesday worse Pedi I have ever had first she burnt me with hot water Then the nail polish was horrible looked like a kid dud it. But they really didn't care

Tyler did my full set on 11/26/21, showed him a picture and asked if he thought he could do them with a much more simple back up. He said he could handle it without hesitation and gave me my favorite set yet. Ask for Tyler!

*A little back story about me is that I went to school to become a nail tech and I passed my boards in 2010 and worked at a high end salon for 2 1/2 years. I went to this salon Saturday July the 24th at 10am. This was my first nail appointment at this facility. The girl that typically does my nails was on vacation and I thought why not try a new place? My first impression was that they were pretty busy so they must be good. Then I sat down at a station and it all just felt gross. The lady was sweet but didn't speak any english (which I don't mind because I'm an immigrant myself). Due to the language barrier, it was difficult to communicate what I wanted. Her whole station was a hot mess and it was all covered with nail dust and just plain dirty. She put on gloves she took out from a plastic bag that I could tell she used several times prior. Her white coat was covered in stains and her nail supplies looked like they needed a good scrubbing. The towels used had tears and were also dirty. I couldn't tell if they had been washed. She started on my nails and cut into my actual skin plenty of times. I tried to pull back and say ouch but she just kept going. The whole time I was debating whether or not I should just leave but I didn't want to make a scene. It was beyond terrible and it all cost $30 and an hour. I have no idea how people go here. 0 rating for hygiene. Save yourself and find somewhere else. *The pictures of my nails painted in pink are from 3 days later to show how terrible they still looked. I took the gel off right after I got home. My cuticles still hurt:(
