Well... They aggressively filed the finger nails my nails are sensitive now. the nails are unevenly shaped and very long. The tips my friends and i asked for are uneven. Way to overpriced for crappy nails, and they gave us a convenience fee for trying out a different color. Judged me for having very short nails because i bite them. Don't make conversation with you and can't do designs in general. My nail shape is uneven.. I am infuriated at this very moment, i have gone to so many nail places and this one made me feel worthless..
This place is so bad!!! I went there is was a ghost town! I've had it acrylics on for 9 days and they all pulled off so easily. So disappointed.
TERRIBLE PLACE FOR ANY SERVICE AND THEY ARE OVER PRICED! I got a gift card for Christmas so I received a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails. I walked in and the place was a ghost town. That should of been a sign. My heels are still rough and my polish chipped on my toes just hours after leaving. My full set of nails was awful. Some of my nails were too thick, one was mis shaped and they were all different lengths. They told me to come back for a fill in a month and they will fix my full set. I told them that's not reasonable. NO REFUNDS AT THIS PLACE! I ended up getting my nails taken off and they still wanted to charge me 10.00 to do that after spending 70 for a crappy job the day before. I totally wasted my money and their customer service is as bad as it gets. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE EVER! Save your money and go elsewhere!
I liked this place before it changed recently. I don't recommend it because I was told to wait for 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Okay no Biggy. That turned into 2 hours waiting while the lady let two people go in front of me (that had no appointment, just walk ins)and then acknowledged my existent. What was more sad is that I asked for a basic nail with sparkle ombré since they had sample nails that were ombré. She didn't even get close to the sample. She barely swiped any glitter and asked if that was fine. She painted my nails and left polish on the sides of my nails on my skin and some parts of my nails had a noticeable bump of polish. She barely put any effort into filing my nails and making sure they matched. A lot of my nails at the ends are chipped or crooked. One of my nails snapped the day after I had them done. I had closed my car door and locked my car to find my nail had snapped from closing my car door. I will not be going back here ever again. I do not recommend this place, they do a rushed job and show it.
Had an appt, got there... got my toes done and sat for over an hour until I got my nails done. Wouldn't go back to be honest!!
