I'm not a review kinda person but this place was BAD!

Upon walking in I could see the place was very dirty and there was just junk everywhere, I should have known to leave since I am in the in the beauty industry and could tell that none of the sanitation rules were being followed.  One lady had a client and was on the phone the entire time she was taking care of people.(sorry but rude.) I got the guy and he was extremely rude to me the entire time, not to mention he was dropping the F bomb every other word. I get acrylic with gel polish in a stiletto shape. he got the shape, and smoothness right, i even showed a picture of the length and they are still way too long, which i told him multiple times but after two eye rolls i was done. He then VERY sloppily applied the gel polish...it was all over the sides of my nails to the point i had to file them down when I got home so it wasnt going over the edge of the nail. Very displeased, I will not return.

I have been going here for about 2 years.  I always got the owner, she is amazing.  But this last time I got the owners husband.  I went for a mani/pedi.  The pedi was nothing like I experience with his wife.  I had something important coming up (well 2 things) and decided to get gel polish on my nails; which I rarely do.  (but when I have in the past no issues)  This time I went back 3 days later because 2 of my nails chipped (this should be chip resistant and last 3 weeks).  He fixed the 2 nails and when doing so I observed he did not file down the part of my nail that seemed to be now an issue (today) after he used the electric file, my nail was uneven at the tip.  He assured me it would be fine once he polished it.  Well, sad to say I was correct. 3 days later again here I am with that finger chipped.  When I arrived she was busy and he was almost done with a customer.  He asked me why I was there and I told him, signed myself in and sat down.  He proceeded to tell his customer that I was a Bi**h and he shouldn't have to put up with people's sh*t. I was so shocked, he continued to say derogatory things about me and decided to tell me to my face that I did this on purpose because I was picky? (picky?  I work+ hrs a week I honestly don't have time to keep going to a nail salon) I became upset and expressed that I have been going here for years and never had an issue and he said, "I know you have and shut your mouth" What kind of customer service is that?  He again said I was picky and he would not fix the issue and when I began to question him he again told me to shut my mouth.  Insane.  I always tipped well and enjoyed visiting his wife but now I will be looking for somewhere else.

Wow. Just wow. My pedicure lasted all of 10 mins. Wasn't even that great either. Felt like the guy (older gentleman) was making up what he was doing as he was going along. Then I asked about the mani I requested when I walked it. He hustled me over to his station, did a good job clipping my cuticles. But when it came to lotion, he slipped some on my arms & hands, didn't massage in. The told someone else to grab him a dry towel & wiped off part of my hands. The whole time while talking to someone else; once finishing talking, looked at me & told me I was done with the dry towel & my hands just sitting there. Really?! I'm supposed to wipe off my own hands?!
Not to mention cleanliness of the entire shop. They had a bench of some sorts covered intake out boxes. Random polish shelves everywhere, nothing coordinated. Random chairs too that looked like they belonged to a restaurant in the past. The station I had my mani at was filthy! Nail clippings all over, there was a ring from a glass/cup that's never been cleaned up. I really hope they are properly cleaning their utensils the right way! Made me even more uncomfortable when I saw someone's license in a frame that specifically says "invalid unless picture shown"...& there was no picture! Not sure who that person was.
I WILL NOT be returning here.
