Family Hair Design in San Antonio, TX

I've been coming here for over a week trying to get a haircut I don't know how they stay in business but I will not be coming back here

Okay so, the owner Miss and Mike (who are both nice and very good at their cuts!) unfortunately were not there.. My hair cut and hair dye were done by a Miss in glasses and with tattoos, now i'm not picky but she was being a little rough and in my opinion very careless. She kept throwing my hair over the side of my head after she would put the hair dye on it and at times it would land on my face, so my face had a lot of hair dye stains by the time i had to wash it out. Now I'm no expert, but that doesn't happen when i dye my own hair. What did get me a little upset was when a little hair dye fell on the floor and she drops the rag shes using to clean MY FACE, she cleans the dye with the rag under her shoe, picks up the rag, and then uses it to clean my face again. I'm not super sanitary but that was gross. Also, uhhh...$100 for a hair dye and trim? Its a little ridiculous considering the fact that you can buy $10 worth of hair dye at the store and use your own scissors and get the same result.. I can't respond so easily on Google but i left my review on Google as well and they had the nerve to respond and comment on everything but the unsanitary circumstances i was under for a brief while. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting.

Did not like experience. Hair was cut uneven and addition to the bad hair cut the lady decided to straighten my hair without telling me she was going to charge me for that as well. $15 dollars charged for the "hair do" and $15 dollars for the uneven hair. Wouldn't mind the fact that she messed up on it if I was charged reasonably.
