Love hate relationships!! I have been going here for a year or so to get my eyebrows done. I typically get the same older nice lady who does them PROPERLY. This last time I went my normal lady was cutting someone's hair so this other woman had to do them. I did not trust this lady AT ALL. Mainly because she didn't even have eyebrows like they were tattoos or something!!! She butchered my eyebrows making them smaller they did not even need to be smaller they were perfect. It has been a few months and they still don't look as they used to and probably never will again all thanks to that woman with the fake eyebrows.!!!!

At family hair co, you can expect quick, efficient styling. But do not expect professionalism or friendly service. while the stylist was washing out the dye in my hair, she was very rough and aggressive. As she was cutting my hair, she casually made a comment saying, "oops, I almost cut off your necklace!" I was wearing 2 necklaces, a sterling silver locket necklace and a black, thin choker. I thought she referred to almost cutting off the choker, which wouldn't have been a big deal because it was very old and inexpensive. However, after leaving the salon, I felt my sterling silver necklace slide off my neck. She didn't "almost" cut the necklace, she did. I am very displeased with my experience.

I came for a trim & hair shaping. My hair stylist really took the time to make it the way I wanted it to be. This place is cheap and affordable. I do look forward to coming here again.
