I got my nails done here today. they're super cute I think BUT the lady did scrape 3 of my fingers with the metal filing tool. She apologized and put alcohol on the cuts.  Cute nails and friendly service, but without the wounds

Worst nail place in Lewisburg. I got gel nails with tips and the gel looks horrible and the staff was not friendly. Overall not a good experience. Not to mention the price was crazy for the quality.

The guy did my nails in this shop yesterday and they were HORRIBLE! Uneven acrylic, sloppy on the cuticle area and sides! I wouldn't let him put gel top on them as I decided while washing my hands I was going home and soak this crap off. As I told/showed him how sloppy they were he decided to "swoosh" me and tell me he needs to put the top coat on. Putting top coat on s*** is still s*** underneath! I wasted money going here completely. I figure in such a small area, they get away with doing 10 min pedicures and sloppy nails because there isn't much competition in the area. Do yourself a favor and drive to Beckley for a nice clean set of nails.

During my pedicure the gentleman cuts my big toe. I told him he had cut it and he acted like he didn't hear me. Then proceeded to wipe alcohol all over my toes. It is now 4 days after I had my pedicure and I can only wear open toed shoes, because it hurts so much!

This is the only nail salon I will go to here in Greenbrier County. I've been to local versions of "high end" nail salons with subpar services and outrageous pricing. I am a professional cosmetologist for over 10 years and to me in a nail salon, the absolute necessity is sanitation and sterilization (*cleanliness). I came here for the first time today as a walk in client. I was acknowledged with friendly greetings, the salon has a calming environment, pristine cleanliness. The service I had was Pedicure- Classic with Callus Treatment. Before my service started, the water was drawn in a massage chair for me to enjoy and soak while other clients were receiving their treatments. A plethora of nail color options are available. They use sanitary disposal bags in the basin of your pedicure chair. Upon my service starting, Justin set up, opened up a sterile package of instruments to be used for my pedicure. After he took my nail polish request, I laid back in the massaging chair and rested. When he did my first coat, I loved the color so much that I chose not to have the secondary color (sparkles) and he completed my service. By the way, the ventilation system is top notch in here. There's no scent of acetone or polish. I am so pleased I stopped in here today. There was only 2 other more "quick service" nail salon options here, both having the same owner and both with horrible sanitary conditions and employees loudly speaking. I am about to leave here (still relaxing in the massage chair) and I'm feeling calm.  After so many clients have come and left, there's been a constant peaceful atmosphere (*not loud). To me, this is a high end salon feel, environment and service at an unbeatable price! Thank you Justin for the excellent service. K.H.
