Face logic is one of the main semi-reasonably priced "spas" around. It seems very nice when you go in. Everyone is very friendly and they have an only whispering rule beyond the back doors. Everything seems great until you get home and realize how terrible of a service you received. The back room of face logic where you receive your treatments are dimly lit and to work on your face they use a light similar to the dentist. When they allow you to see in the mirror the waxing or tweezing service you either cannot see because of darkness or circles from your eyes trying to adjust. I always give a second try so my fiance went to get his arms waxed. Long story short it didn't work, took twice the amount of time, and they still charged us!! So fine it didn't work on him, I tried it. The waxing seemed to go well. I came home and there were strips and areas of hair on both arms the lady missed. It was completely uneven at my elbows and they refused to wax my wrists unless I paid an extra 25. When they printed off the receipt it was completely wrong and overcharged. The original amount 69$ what I actually agreed to pay for the services I did receive 30$. Make sure you check your receipts and take every extra precaution that the job was completely done.
So if you go to Facelogic's main site you'll see there is a Facebook like page and it takes you to the Waco location (Which I was at earlier this year when in Texas) I had a lousy facial (got burned literally and figuratively and sadly paid cash or I'd do a charge back now!) I was already member at the South Barrington Location in Illinois and then just after this they shut their doors down leaving me with un used facials i had already paid for! I did a charge back and yeah! I got my money back! Even after paying in 2010! I encourage everyone NOT to go to the Waco or any location (They are shutting down around the country and leaving women (and men) who paid in advance with NO refunds or any information! I contacted the BBB but even they didn't get back to me or my friends who were duped as well! Stay far away and pick another spa instead! Any place but Facelogic!
