Not only does she get to know YOU as a person, she gets to know your hair, and in turn, makes the suggestions for the best possible products to really make you feel like a human being again! Recently, she suggested I give Olaplex products a try. And you know what? It's like I have never touched my hair with chemicals, toxins, high heat, or cheap shampoos and products. In one use, the concoction she recommended for me undid about 17 years worth of intense damage, mistreatment, and abuse that I have put my poor locks through. Honestly, without Andrea, when it comes to hair I would be so lost. She is my guiding light, my North Star, and my compass when it comes to all things hair. I trust her implicitly.
