Worst. Experience. Ever. My nail tech SMACKED my hand because I was chatting with my friend who was right beside me also getting her nails done. Her own nails were done so poorly, she had acrylic on her skin and it was painful. Our other friend behind us didn't get anything she asked for, and also had multiple fingers bleeding because her nail tech was so rough. It was terrible. Worst service any of us have ever had. Will not be going back.
This is the worst experience I have ever had when getting my toes done. Didn't do half of what he should have done didn't file them and even cut my toe and it was bleeding. Charged me 60.00 for a half ass job. I will never go back to this place at all now my toes hurt worse than they ever did. I have to hit a star in order to even submit this review otherwise there wouldn't be any.
Well after reading some of the reviews I was skeptical....but had a pedicure today from Jolly. He is a hoot, friendly and funny guy. Will definitely be going back.
already had nails done from a previous nail place that has been doing them for over a year I have NEVER had any problems I go to exotic for a fill and the guy who done my nails started and my real nails underneath were turning red and burning i told him and he just continued he said that he had never heard of this problem but yet he pulled burn aid of of nowhere and started putting on my nails he then asked how they were feeling and they got worse at this point I'm getting nervous and scared so i told him to get them off of me so after it took a hour to soak off he goes and tells the other guy working the front counter what is going on and comes back and says well you still have to pay at this point I dont care I paid the $15 and left but before i did that he had the audacity to ask "Is your nails really burning or do you just not like my work" so pretty much called me a liar exotic nails is as unprofessional as it gets will be letting everyone know not to go here
Horrible! I've never wanted to cry from having my nails done before!! The nails are to large on my nails, they are uneven, made one of my fingers bleed, didn't give me the length or shape I asked for, and the technician kept jerking my arms and hands like I was a bother.
