Not very impressed by the staff. It's nearly impossible to make an appointment for a mani bc there's only one gal that does them. Front desk lady was overly preoccupied and wasn't very friendly. I will say, I had an exceptional facial by Michelle. And she was extremely friendly.

I have been coming here now for about 5 years. I love it! It's a super cute place and everyone is so nice. I see Tiffany and she always does a wonderful job. My kids love her too! She manages to fit me in when she can and she notices when I haven't been in after a while. I had a rough year and she knew this. She kept checking on me to see if I could come in when she had an opening or cancellation. I will never go anywhere else!

I am very pleased with my first experience at Exclusives! I called a day prior hoping there would be an opening for a hair cut, because my hair desperately needed it. Sure enough there were 3 open slots for me to choose from! I was very satisfied with the treatment I received from the receptionist she was very friendly and worked with me to find the best time! Now on to the salon! I pulled in and was slightly nervous going to a new place, I tend to be very loyal to my hair salons. I promptly was greeted when I entered, checked in and was quickly  taken back with Anna to get my hair cut. She was very friendly and detailed about exactly what I wanted and before I knew it we were shampooing and cutting away all the dead ends! She made my hair look and feel great which is exactly what I needed. The price was super reasonable as well! I liked it so much, I scheduled an appointment for 8 weeks out to come back. If you need to find a good family friendly, beautiful, well kept salon; Exclusives is a salon you need to experience! Anna did a fantastic job, I will be going back soon.

I have been coming here for seven years and it has always been the best. Annie Young is the best in all of Indianapolis! I come here for myself and my 3 daughters. She has colored & styled all our hair. She has done our hair for everything from sweet sixteens to proms to weddings to birthdays to the everyday look. You will not find a better hairdresser anywhere else other than AnnieYoung!!!
They also have a wonderful facial and massage people as well!

I went here with my 7 year old to get a hair cut today..it was our first time here. I absolutely loved it. Cassie was wonderful! I will definitely be coming back. It's difficult to find a great stylist with a personality to match, and both of our stylists today were good examples of this... See you soon, for our next haircuts!
