Went in for manicure-nothing fancy, just needed quick file, trim cuticles, and polish. Service terrible-as I sat waiting for my appt., they were doing personal business regarding car repair. Waited at least 30 min., and then was left to do their business multiple times. Polish did not last 2 days ( 2nd day I was on an airplane all day!) They did not wait between coats, and only provided dryer when I asked! When I went back ( I had pics of 2nd day with nails chipped halfway down), they didn't even want to look-said I didn't pay for shellac! This is worse customer relations I have ever had...other customers, and myself even tried to help him on the phone with car repair, to get service!!! Spread the word....they are not professional or nice.
Poor service. We made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to be helped. They accepted walk ins before our scheduled appointment and blamed it on being busy.
When I told them it's been 30 minutes and I wasn't going to get my nails done anymore because they were 30 minutes behind schedule. They were rude while I was waiting for my friends.
Very rushed. The worse mani/pedi I've had. Paint is lumpy very uneven and all over my skin. Did not finish with cuticle oil. Dirty counter and utensils. My daughter got her nails done by a different tech and she tried to file them and fix them as best as she could. But for how expensive it is , I should get a good job not a terrible job. Sad.
They actually made fun of me , and thought I could not understand that since it was in their native language. I was not mistaken.
I am a hard working person . I did not deserve this . I left a tip which I sorely regret . This is a terrible business. I only left one star because it was the base this review would allow . Bad vibes . Not good energy at all . I will never go back . I felt bad energy .
I really enjoy, not only my beautiful nails these nail technician professionally provide, but also the people who are so friendly and funny to! The last time I visited and had my nails done, the nail tech and I had great conversation and laughed a lot to. It is also a very relaxing place to have a pedicure. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
