Went here 3 times... 4 of my nails turned green. One so green that I was told by them (yes I went back to show them) that I needed to wait until my nails grew out to come back. (I have not been back) They did not refund me for my service, then made me feel like it was my fault. I'm a 2-3 week fill and the first green nail was discovered 2 weeks to the day because it fell off. Loved this place until I was unable to have nails for 6 months, and I'm scared to go anywhere now. Will not be returning.
I got my nails done here recently for the first time. I had an issue with two of the nails and when I came in to have them repaired, they fixed them with no questions asked. I will definitely go back because of their customer service and the quality of manicure.
Every time I go here I enjoy my visit! They have reclining chairs for manicures and it is HEAVENLY! I always have great experiences here and the nail techs are so nice. This is my favorite place to get my nails done!
My experience here was wonderful! Excellent, quality pedicure, fantastic friendly customer service, and a relaxing atmosphere. It was so nice to sit in the massage chair and listen to quiet piano music and be pampered for a while! We will be back and I highly recommend! :)
If you want your nails done, they do nails. Are you going to feel relaxed and pampered, no. It's a typical nail place. They are going to ask what you want, tell you to pick a color, put you in a chair, rush through the job while ignoring you the whole time and conversing back and forth with their coworkers in another language. If you want a basic mani pedi or color change they are going to have 2 people working on you at the same time while contorting you into uncomfortable positions to accommodate them trying to get the job done as fast as possible with no concern for your comfort.
If you want your nails done, they do nails, it's going to be fast, rough and overpriced. If you want to feel relaxed and pampered go somewhere else.
